No Show Policy:

If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, they will be charged for the entire reservation period.

Refund Procedure:

Refunds for cancellations made within the stipulated time frame will be processed using the same method of payment used for the reservation.

Please allow up to 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or financial institution’s processing time.
